WHAT IS A BUILDING REPORT ?

Building Inspection Reports provide relevant information and photographs regarding the condition of a building whether it be a commercial or residential property. Our licensed building consultant is readily available to speak with customers and answer questions concerning their completed building Inspection and Report.

The type of Inspection and Report depends on what the customer is wanting information about. For example, a Pre-Purchase Building Report residential is designed to provide purchasers of a property with information regarding the structural integrity of the building they are looking at purchasing.

In NSW Fair Trading provides guidelines as to what is contained in the Pre-Purchase Building Reports.


In QLD the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) provide guideline and licensing of Pre Purchase Building Inspectors.

We provide Independent Building Reports to assist our clients obtain relevant and pertinent information regarding their property. Our Reports are easy to read and our inspector is readily available to answer any questions or clarify any aspects of the Report if required.
